Shipping policy

Here is the delivery time for our parcels (with An Post):

- Once an order is placed, it requires 1-3 working days to process the order. On weekdays it usually takes one day, but if you order on Friday evening or at the weekend, it may take a little longer.

- Once your order is processed, it is dispatched and the delivery time is on average 4-10 working days.

Our goal is to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions. Below we explain how your order is processed:

 

Ordering:

1. Go to the product page, click ‘Add to cart’.

2. Check the variants and size chart, then click ‘Checkout’.

4. Check the address details. Shipping is free for all orders.

5. Click ‘Pay now’.

 

Payment options:

Choose between:

- Creditcard (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

- PayPal (PayPal)

- Apple Pay

- Shop Pay

- EPS

- iDeal & Bancontact

Click ‘Pay now’ to finalise the payment. Contact us if you have any problems.

 

Shipping costs:

Shipping is free of charge. No minimum order quantity required.

Orders are processed and shipped quickly. We consolidate packages to ensure fair pricing and minimise environmental impact.
